MYG SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: All MYG products are guaranteed for safe, intact delivery. We ship via CANADA POST within Canada and by UPS within the United States. For overseas orders, including Guam, Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order, as the shipping cost will vary widely depending on location. Please be aware that there may be some restrictions on overseas shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, duty and tariff charges on international orders.


MYGTECH.COM ships all orders in discreet, plain packaging marked with only a shipping label and return address. Invoices and Sales Receipts are tucked away safely inside the package. For your discretion and to discourage theft of shipped items, there is no indication of the contents or value of the package. We use the most discreet methods available for shipping and packaging our products. Detailed order tracking is offered on all MYG orders. To track your order, please follow the tracking links provided on your shipping confirmation email.


All MYG orders are shipped within 48 hours of your completed transaction and cleared payment. Credit card payments are cleared within 24 hours of receipt, and international money orders are cleared within 7 days of receipt. Due to the high demand for our products, some items may occasionally be on backorder. If a backorder applies to your order, we will notify you as soon as your order is placed and contact you again when the item is shipped.

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a full replacement. To make a return, simply open a return ticket by contacting our customer support representatives via email. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for return, as well as your order number, full billing name and address. According to your preference, we will replace the order immediately when your return ticket has been processed. Shipping fees may apply for replacement products.
